To clarify slightly, Mr. Mokhiber is the Director of the New York Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. The High Commissioner is Mr. Volker Türk.

It was shared by Palestinian American journalist Ali Abunimah, but only about an hour ago, so I’m not seeing it elsewhere yet.

I believe in traditional formal letter format, you also put the recipients name on the lower left of the first page only. It’s also how I learned to do it.
