I dont have a lot of bass in my voice. Its not unusual for people to think im white or even a girl on the phone. It happens. Mostly, I despise it. But sometimes it works in my favor…
Like how Willow’s previous owner thought I was white over the phone so she was very comfortable telling me “things.”

Or how she gave my cousin only half of her vaccination documentation but gave me the other half because i was “more trustworthy”
Or (and this is the fun one)—
I think she completely forgot that I said Jill was my cousin because after that she had o-pinions and after I got everything I needed I scooted her off the phone and havent looked back

That last one is a biiiig 1+1=2 moment
Fair play to you for giving Willow a loving home. She'll be far better off.
I know most people aren't total strangers to the seemingly vast amounts of everyday evils in the world, but every new (to me) kind I learn about leaves me awestruck that any of us still the goddamn energy to try for better.
Is horrified laughing a valid response? 😳
**That dog won the lottery when you adopted her**
Only you, my dude. Your biography is gonna be a trip.
I think having a pitchy little itty bitty voice helps me out sometimes but also a lot of people got way too comfortable with my main line white girl high school phone accent at my old job. I heard SO MANY "Things." So. many.
willow is the sweetest girl, and you’re the sweetest dude, so i am glad the two of you are together.
the less i say about the prior owners, the better, because i have too many actionable opinions involving wood chippers.
