Free health care?
So, hundreds of thousands of health care providers volunteer?
It ain't free, it is tax provided healthcare, the big corps in most countries happily pay their taxes.
Free healthcare is not socialist, it is just smart.

Free as in Nobody declares bankrupcy over medical bills. Free as in when you get sick you have to worry about your sickness, not about money.
