have you tried other NSAIDs? I take naproxen for migraines and period cramps and haven't had an issue so far (diagnosed with gastritis in 2021)

Omg, naproxen destroys my stomach. I have gastritis, and I am pretty good at keeping an eye on what I eat, but I really should have taken something for my stomach before taking that damn ibuprofen. I have noticed that diclofenac in tabley form isn't so bad, but still. 😔

remember to always take your NSAIDs with a PPI (omeprazole 20mg) especially if you have a history of chronic NSAID use!

I try not to take them unless the pain is so bad I can't just live through it, but you are right. I was a big dumb dumb and didn't take an omeprazole. I did and waited for it to kick in a bit before eating dinner. Hopefully, with something in my stomach, it won't be so bad. 🫡 ❤️
