Yeah, that’s pretty much my thought: it’s good that people are making it more difficult for ICE, but if Trump tells his goon squad to ignore the Fourth Amendment some agents will do it. And when a defendant is already dumped in Panama or Gitmo a motion to suppress may be fruitless.
