It does say it'll "pause" so maybe there'll be a new free version later. Also you can make quite a few backgrounds for a comic until november

I just signed up and it says they're a small team so they plan to only focus on one service at a time, but they do intend to re-open the free version at some point in 2025.

According to the documentation, it should work on Android… but maybe only the web interface. Which is being suspended in November, hopefully to return next year.

Acho que a simplicidade, é uma ferramenta apenas pra isso, e tem mta gente que acha o blender dificil de usar. (fora q Feather App roda em iPad) Mas honestamente nunca usei essa ferramenta no Blender.
