Oliver Glasner is such an impressive speaker. Most of the time he's calm and considered, doesn't allow himself to become too emotional & let that cloud his judgement

Refused to be prompted into being unnecessarily angry about foul on Mateta. Concern for his player but knows it wasn't intentional
