Yuhhh. There were actually some good candidates that got pretty far, but it sucks to see it almost always gets beaten out by one of two specific parties 😭 Nice to see you here though mate, maybe the friend effect will finally happen

As an American living overseas, I usually mail in a physical ballot. This year my county sent me the electronic version, which I could print and mail, or print and fax. I tried faxing for the first time, and it went really well! Got confirmation that it was received and counted in 4 days. Nice!

Faxing is still very much a way of life in Japan, but I didn't expect it was going to be an option for sending my ballot to Florida. I think it only took a few days to get confirmation of my vote because I sent it over a weekend. Definitely going to use this method in future elections.
