I see a moon, a mountain, and alpine lake reflecting a perfect setting, and an alligator in the lower right corner???? Is climate change giving us warm-blooded 'gators and crocs? We're doomed. Doomed, I say! /snark/
I'm curious how photographers capture the oversized moon, given that in real life it's a phenomenon caused by our brain to create the impression that the moon is closer to due to its relation with the horizon.
I mean if it's just photoshop that's fine I suppose, but I'm curious if there is some other technique that allows photographers to capture that during the shot?

I find myself saying that a lot when seeing these gorgeous nature scenes posted by various photographers. It’s easy to forget what a truly amazing place the Earth is.
