Article 3 of the First Protocol requires that they "Ensure the free expression of the opinion of the people in the choice of the legislature."
How can they claim to have done that when we had no realistic option to vote against either Brexit or the holocaust in Gaza?

Up to a point.
Scotland is not a signatory to the convention, except as a part of the UK, so if you want to go to court, you would have to take the UK, not just Scotland.

In case you haven't noticed, Reform UK is now the most popular party. What makes you think a Rejoin campaign would naturally win?? NONE of the issues which propelled Brexit leave to their 2016 win have been addressed.
