Had a full rewatch of The Acolyte today and I love it even more. It's truly sad it's not getting renewed, and it's pretty obvious big things were being setup for S2 and beyond. I wish Disney allowed art to blossom before dropping the ball on people who clearly are passionate about what they do.

I, too, am so disappointed we don’t get a continuation of that story.
They owe us the second season but like cowards they folded
Too many people love this show (because you're right, it's absolutely fantastic, well-written, imaginative, and well-crafted)
We deserve season 2 or even the original plan 3 seasons and a movie 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Disney would do better to adapt some of the original lore.
1. Why watch new shows if they were all existing storylines?
2. Plenty in that 47 years was contradictory, people would be bitching about which things were being canonized.
But I am in an actual minority: I think Rogue One is ok but not great, and Andor is bad. I stick to my opinion of that show, it's like a bad teen novel, just smart enough to make people feel smart but not smart enough to stand next to far better TV shows.
Characters? Oh, GALORE.
Strong woman? Here, Mara Jade.
PoC lead? Quinlan Vos is THE KING! If they made show about him, I'd throw money on Disney in BUCKETS.
Boba Fett becoming a Mandalore? Yeah baby, here comes my CASH!!
Traditionally in Star Wars, dark side seduction is ridiculously clear; the Emperor or Kylo Ren telling the hero to knowingly choose evil...
