...It can capture screen recordings both in video formats and as GIFs and then also automatically upload them to different destinations. I can have the screenshots and video captures happen immediately, after a delay, after overlaid editting, or on a trigger, as needed...

...The amount of customizability and it being free and open-source feels like it should be a linux program but alas it's windows only. I've tried many different screenshotting tools, but they all had something they couldn't do, that i can do in ShareX.

I was about to hop up and down and say that using Flameshot has been a delight... but then I looked again at that insane list of functionality and yeah, I love Flameshot but it doesn't tick half of those boxes

Holy fuck! Will definitely check out that tool. Especially the auto upload & link to clipboard thing sounds like it could save me years of lifetime.
