Googling an old model of phone (mid-convo with a friend as they talk about it), and then seeing articles for it the next day

I feel like there are a lot of very solid patterns that I have, and things that could very easily be used to recommend certain content to me.
So it's wild just how much the algorithms all just completely miss the mark bc they're tuned to key in on a lone piece of data

One VERY memorable evening a few years ago, Facebook all of a sudden decided my ad profile was that of an extremely conservative prepper dude who was trying to get his wife pregnant. I still don't know how it happened but it was a wild ride
