Ugh, long MRI tonight while dealing with my severe, painful adenomyosis menstruation is not what I need.

Hot water bottle does nothing. Tylenol and advil do nothing. Doubled over. I just want it to end. I know I keep complaining but it is such a terrible condition. It gets worse each cycle 😢😢
