Minimal effective dose is the key to sticking with the fitness long term. When starting a program/routine, ask yourself if you can see yourself doing that for the next 20 years. Be realistic and then stick with it. Don’t chase other people’s goals. #fitnessSky #fitover50sky

A nice walk today… is it a workout? Yes, I walked for my health, both physical and mental. Sat by a creek, listening to rush of water and birds chirping for a bit… Not every workout needs to be exhausting, give yourself a break. #fitnesssky #fitover50

Wednesday workout, during lunch break. 20 minutes of work. - squats (10x3) - Maxercists (10) - pull-ups (3x4) All done slowly and in control, no swinging ;) Still owe myself a 30 minute bike ride, after work. #fitnesssky #fitover50
