Yes, exactly. It is all about context. A word or phrase does not have a meaning in isolation. You cannot take an expression out of context and assume it has a fixed meaning that others with different lived experience will share.

That is a very generous interpretation of what looks like the start of an attempt to put pressure on what 🧪scientific journals publish. Next step "We note you have recently published 5 studies that support climate change (vaccination / natural selection …), when will you be balancing this by…?
