But it also hit me—maybe I’m overstimulated today not just from noise (Morkie yaps, barnyard clatter, traffic) but the lighting too? Didn’t even think of that. I’ll adjust, I did last time just fine. And plus, the other house was so quiet I got too sound-sensitive/paranoid. Life is funny like that!

Had to laugh today. I’ve been living like a forest gremlin and didn’t realize? I keep noticing things that are slightly dirty—not up to my standards. Linen pants, armchair, etc. And I’m realizing that’s bc I was living in the woods with the main floor in the basement so I literally couldn’t see! 🫢

How was everyone’s Sunday? I got my home almost entirely unpacked. A new record for me! Normally, I take months if not years, if ever, to fully unpack. But this is my home now, so I’m settling in. It feels great. And I start one of my two new jobs tomorrow morning. Sleep well, friends.

Morning! Up at 6am well rested because I went to bed so early (fell asleep in my chair lol.) I already planted the cucumbers & nasturtiums in the new bed that my landlord tilled yesterday, as well as two kinds of beans & two kinds of radishes in my raised bed boxes. Oh, and breakfast & coffee! ☕️☀️
