Favorite way for grilled Ribeye is cooking directly on lump charcoal. Comes out looking like a moon rock, but deliciously medium rare inside. Plus I get to use my leaf blower to get everything super hot 🔥 🍽️🍜 #BBQmunity

Easter dinner clockwise from bottom right was Grilled Lamb Loin Chops topped with an extra garlicky Tzatziki, a Spinach Gratin, Roasted DEI Carrots, and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. A nice bottle of red wine I had forgotten about. 🍽️🍜 #BBQmunity

Easter Brunch of Scrambled Eggs with local smoked Haberneo Jack cheese, Crispy Oven Bacon, and GF Buttermilk Pancakes. Mimosas (not shown). #1 made this while I finished spreading the last of 53 bags of mulch this weekend. 🍽️🍜

Grass-fed Ranch Steak which comes from a cow's arm, like a tricep. Lots of muscle work so it's lean, but has a nice chew to it. Served with air fryer fries and a mixed salad with Danish blue cheese crumbles. Went with a little "AI" Sauce. It's the future right? 2106 Chalk Hill Cab 🍷 🍽️🍜 #BBQmunity

Polenta Lasagna has all the flavor of traditional lasagna but is GF and much lighter. This has mixed hot and sweet Italian sausage and spinach, although would be even better with mushrooms. For a friends pre-BDay dinner with a nice Italian restaurant wine. 🍽️🍜

Appy for a neighbor dinner. My Pecan-smoked Aged Cheddar, Danish Blue-stuffed giant olives, and Pepper Drops. If the olives look sloppy it's because I stuffed them myself. 🍽️🍜

Sheetpan Roasted Salmon with Pesto and a cold side salad of Wild Rice, garbanzo beans, green onion, golden raisins & tomato with a homemade dressing. Cumin, curry powder, and cayenne give it some dimension. 🍽️🍜

Indoor Farmer's Market down the street and I picked up locally made Haberneo Jack Cheese. Had with egg "pizza slices" and topped with chives. Nice kick to it! Oven baked, thick-sliced bacon is the best! 🍽️🍜

Movie Night is "Conclave" with a bottle of Freakshow Cab. Ideal candy was supposed to be Necco Wafers, but fresh out, so went with the old standby Milk Duds instead. (Dinner was pizza delivered)
