I don’t think the founders should get too caught up with the conventional wisdom of what that role should look like. Jump in with your team and deliver code features or be the amazing sales person. I’m all about getting my hands dirty. Use your super powers.

Prediction: In 2025, companies and teams that create the best developer experiences will be gifted with the best developers, customers, and investors. I think experience is going to be the greatest differentiator you can find out there and the talent to do it right as hard to find as ever.
