I thought the meme stuff at Minecraft was fun until chicken jockey, when I got hit in the top of the head with something and my 8yo had thrown hard candy hit him in the face. I said something to that group to settle it down. The rest of the crowd was great. Don’t spoil it for everyone.

It's just one anecdotal data point, but sales of the wood stuff are down over 85% so far this year. This is all for fun, and I'm clearly aware not a super important thing in people's lives, so not, like, upset or anything, but it feels like some real canary-in-the-coal-mine type stuff.
