Even assuming that Putin would let Ukrainians in occupied Ukrainian territory, prisoners of war and abductees in Russia etc. vote in a Ukrainian election, where's the guarantee that Russia wouldn't try to interfere like in Romania and Moldova?

I think that's the second museum exhibition I've seen* which lists political parties as contributors. *The first was the Willy Brandt Forum (SPD); I've probably been to more which have used party archives without me *remembering* parties being credited for it.

If Heathrow ends up using (more or less) exclusively British steel, how likely is it that other large construction products would follow? Does the UK have the ability to produce enough steel for that (from a quick search, the UK makes ~5.6 mn tonnes per year; I think HS2 would need ~1 mn tonnes)?
