worried for a while about my dr appt today, only to get told all is good, but cholesterol is a bit high and exercise will help with the blood pressure so do more of that and eat better (which I've known I should be doing for years!) so hopefully will kickstart a walk/fitness lifestyle into play

This is Chip. He's in our yard quite often, named so because he's got a little chip out of his ear from some kind of fight, I suppose. He blends in with the rocks in our front yard and we startle each other quite often in the mornings.

I loved waking up at 5:45 am to catch the tail end of the Waltons, then watch The Hilarious House of Frightenstein (1971), Spider-Man (1967), Rocket Robin Hood, Hercules, Tales of the Wizard of Oz, and the more modern fare of Smurfs and Looney Tunes and Droids and Ewoks. Good times, good shows!
