My sanity the past few weeks has been giving myself designated doom scrolling time and being so strict about it. I had to step away from a lot of social media for a hot sec, but I'll probably be sticking to my insanity slots and living in my mutuals tab on here for a while.

I live across from a LGBT community center and there were preachers outside doing their hateful things. Walked right past them, into the center and signed up to volunteer. Honestly this has fired me up, and being a part of your community is easier than you think.
