Having become more time-poor than usual, I listened to @ubiquitousrat.bsky.social 's episodes on 'Tiny Roleplay' (short-form sessions of 30 minutes) & 'Playful Prep' (make session prep part of the game) and they've both been super useful! Would recommend for those with not much time to plat RPGs.
