25th Jan can only mean one thing; Burns night. On the menu tonight will be haggis with a whiskey sauce, mustard tatties with buttered leeks and a buttered neeps with cauliflower cheese (it’s not traditional) Washed down with a wee dram. Cannot wait to go back to Scotland to see family. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
