Missing a conversation about what a Transit Improvement Project might possibly look like if the #1, #2, and #3 factors involved were not the interests of local real estate moguls who never use it and dread the people who do.

2feet2bucks does not fight motonormativity. I just write travelogues and draw maps that show how easy it is to ignore motonormativity.

There is room for a queue jump for westbound buses. A waste of productivity, driver and equipment, for RIDOT not to implement this. Also too the value of passengers' time.

Another reason to Save RIPTA- Low hanging economic development fruit. Let's take advantage of how RI is practically the only place you can fly in to see and do so much without renting a car - even with RIPTA as-is. We own this niche and need to tell the world.

Exploring nice walkable cities or hinterlands on foot is the slow food of tourism

Could you use a day to clear your head watching surf pound rocks and beach? Next 10 foot waves at Whale Rock in Narragansett are forecast 3/4- 3/5. You have a few days to think about it... motifri.com/two-feet-two...

Like nowhere else besides a few giant cities, Rhode Island is ready to dominate a fast growing tourism niche - beautiful interesting places to explore with no need of a car- IF we save (better yet improve) RIPTA!

Good days coming up to go watch Harbor Seals! No more deep freeze, low tide mid-afternoon by Sunday. A car-free vacation in a day on Narragansett Bay: motifri.com/two-feet-two... On a weekday you might have the place to yourself.

Rhode Island has remarkable rural/suburban seaside places to be a car free tourist along a half hourly bus line

There's room for a line or two of text along the top or bottom edge of this postcard . Anybody have an idea?

Saturday afternoon looks best to observe seals at Rome Point this weekend. Low tide at 3pm, hike back to the trailhead for a bus to PVD at 3:40 or 4:40. Snow might start then, wind will be light. Sunday wet, Monday low tide after 4pm and windy. motifri.com/two-feet-two...
