Never mind, @hulutr.bsky.social after 8+ years, countless declines in service performance, untold increases in subscription costs, and over an hour of unhelpful customer service, I've canceled my subscription. So liberating!

Here's an idea @hulutr.bsky.social instead of spending time generating cutesy little posts for. Bluesky, how 'bout you create a service that can keep track of where users left off on a show/movie. Oh, and provide customer support that takes LESS THAN the 45 minutes I've now been on the phone.
