This month marks 22 years vegan for me. If a new vegan asked me for advice on staying vegan these would be my top tips: eat high protein (seitan, tofu, mock meats, etc), don’t limit your diet unnecessarily by avoiding random things (dyes, gluten, oil, etc), & see an RD if you need help! #vegan
