It’s MUCH easier to stay in shape than to get in shape. Look after your knees and back, when you get to around 40 the warranty on your body seems to run out and damage doesn’t heal 100% any more and the remnants from each injury stack up. Sleep.

Being able to do something or not isn’t ‘skill’. Skill is being able to do something well. There is no such thing as “Unskilled Labour”. That’s a term that is used to justify paying poverty wages and giving shitty working conditions to working class people.
