So I'm an older ish lady. 51 to be exact. I have anxiety, depression, CPTSD and fibromyalgia, so my sleep has been very interrupted for a few years now. But last night....I slept all the way through!! I got a full 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep!!! Wow! I woke up and looked at the clock in disbelief!
