I haven’t been able to listen to my podcasts since the election. It’s like I’m stuck in freeze mode. My brain can’t handle anymore info, discussion, etc. I don’t have enough “spoons” to engage- even passively. Anyone else experiencing this?

I hate shopping retail anytime after November 15th… but I LOVE being kind and encouraging to retail workers. They deal with crappy people all. day. long. Be kind! Be patient! Be empathetic! Compliment them! It’s so easy to do and may be the only kindness they receive all day.
