Playing Battletech by Harebrained Schemes, and just dropped into a mission with three Atlas mechs and a King Crab. 400 tons. Steiner would be proud.

Disclosure: I'm an APWU member. This scares the shit out of me. I am just getting where I could potentially get my finances in order. Where I can start to plan for my retirement (if I can ever get one) in 30 years. And shit Fuhrer Trump and his Muskrat friend are wanting to fuck everything up.

I just learned that apoplexy is a rupturing of organs or bleeding in the organs that causes unconsciousness. I thought it was apoplectic-related. Which it is; in an informal way. English is hard.

Genuine question and signal boosts appreciated - does anyone know of anyone who applied for a passport with an updated birth certificate while already having one in the system? My birth sex is male according to the state of NY and I’m trying to figure out how this can negatively impact me if denied

Ad that just popped up on Youtube. This is a sad, pathetic ad for sad, pathetic people to fall for.

You know you're stressed when you clench your fists in your sleep.

Pushing as hard as I can to get to $2,000 (I'm at roughly $1,500) by the end of February on my health goal. The closer I get to that final number, the more frequently I can attend doc's appointments and accelerate hitting my stride on getting better.

I love FF8. It's got it's flaws (The draw/junction system, while interesting and I like what it was going for, for one) but it's also a criticism of the "child soldier" in a lot of media. Squall is an emotionally stunted 18 year old who's been trained to be a soldier since around 10.

I'm saying this as an opinion. Don't fucking mail baby chicks. Jesus Christ. They are hatched, shoved in a small box with their siblings, sent to a postal facility, processed, sent into a *literally freezing cold* trailer, and then sent to the local USPS location.
