With Gerald Everett set to be released by the Bears, Cole Kmet will face a tone of pressure to develop into a bigger pass threat under Ben Johnson's offense

I understand some Bears hesitation with releases and there's been a recent interest spike in depth players....however, depth players are a lot easier to find than key pieces. Shore up your starters then go for the depth.

The lack of football is currently being felt

Bears have got their guy! The Chicago Bears are finalizing a deal to make Lions offensive Coordinator Ben Johnson their next head Coach. Breathe a sigh of relief Chicago!

Oh God you're right

I had fantasy players in this game and the other field goal game two weeks ago

There isn't a singular coach that needs to come back. Every single one needs to find a new job. I cannot see any compelling reason to allow Ryan Poles to continue as GM

FINAL Seahawks 6 Bears 3 Welcome to 1954 NFL

The seahawks sent the exact same blitz. The EXACT same blitz. Thomas Brown did not prepare, Caleb has to throw it up and it's picked off. Game will end 6-3

This the worst game I've ever seen.

4th and 10. This is probably over.

This clock management man. Did Eberflus sneak onto the field?

It just simply has to be LT and LG. Has to be.

WOW WHAT A THROW

What's the number one position the Bears need to focus on with their current pick in the NFL draft?

Caleb made a play with absolutely no protection. Seahawks did the exact same blitz they did on previous 3rd downs. Stack the box, send the house, overload to one side.

Chants of "Sell the team" rang out

11 personnel with 4th and inches. Took a timeout to realize they needed to be under center. False start

Lmfaoooo false start

4th and inches....they headed to the line in shotgun lmao

Seahawks send the house and Caleb gets sacked. Absolutely blew up the line. There was nothing there.

Alright, you've got 2nd and long. The defense is crowding the line. PA is risky, but you may catch them sleeping for a big gain

Bears defense with a good game today. Seahawks will punt

It is not a good night for him

Rome with a quick curl, his man was 10 yards off him, instead we'll see a loss of 14 and 2nd and 24.

It is a fumble but Kyler was down by contact before returning. Bears have the ball at their own 38 yard line

OFFICIALS CALL A TOUCHDOWN FOR THE BEARS DEFENSE

Caleb Williams has been sacked 4 times tonight. In case anyone was curious, the Bears have lost 15 in a row when allowing 4+ sacks, per Stathead. It's the seventh time this season he's gone down at least 4 times.

Caleb with another costly sack. He's got to get better with this

Caleb finally elects to run and rushes to the Bears 36 for a 1st

Strip sack by the Bears but the Seahawks will recover. Punt coming

Bears allowing Geno Smith to escape the pocket for 16 yards and had he kept his head up, he might've gotten alot more

I dunno, judging by his play calling and game preparation....I think Eric Washington is surprised by a *lot* of things. 😂 #Bears

Thomas Brown elects for a dive to Roschon and the Bears pick up none.

I'm not sure of the percentage of sacks that are Caleb's fault but I'd reckon it's a high number. You gotta get that ball out

It's absolutely been improved this year. Gotta credit the field work they've done.

In the offseason, Caleb needs to work on his reluctance to run or throw it away. I know he wants to make a play but sometimes the best play is making sure the defense doesn't get a sack credited and living to fight another down.

Bears wanted to get closer for a shot or FG but a sack will negate that. End of the 1st half Seahawks 6 Bears 3

A light mist is coming down at Soldier Field right now
