First time skating today since my LAD heart attack. Felt great! Took it easier, staying in zone 2 as per cardiologist instructions. Gave me hope by saying there is no evidence of heart muscle damage (heart is normal), and I could play ice hockey again🙌🙌 Aside from Long COVID symptoms, I am good🙏
