Healing okay so far, I appear to be allergic to the surgical glue they used so itchy is life for awhile. Having no trouble with moving around or intake. I start at the gym next Wednesday! Any tips for things to do at a gym as a post stomach surgery routine?

Have my first appointment with the new pain specialist today, hopefully this one will listen and won't just say " lose weight and you won't hurt". I've lost almost 70lbs so far and my pain has not changed.
