🔌💡The EPA has found a new way to strike down California waivers to set its own rules for clean environment, including ACC II, ACT and Heavy-Duty Low NOx. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said he will subject these rules to Congressional review through the Congressional Review Act. #EVs 1/5
