I'm going fifty fifty here. I think it's either concern for a less than stellar turn out which would embarrass the notoriously thin skinned felon, or a safety concern they don't want us to know about.

This time of year, on any given Sunday there are hundreds of thousands of Americans choosing to watch NFL games in sub freezing weather. There will be people lined up in the cold to get into the Capitol One Center, no concern for them? Like Bernie Sanders says, "wear some fucking mittens".

As it turns out, the stands are heated. The taxpayers,we the people, have already paid for that.
Is it for the safety of the crowd? Nobody has to be there but they choose to be there. They can prepare for the cold.
