The measles outbreak in Texas is reminding me of the public letter Roald Dahl wrote about losing his daughter to measles in 1962, just before the vaccine was publicly available.

This is only half right. As with the tweets, the problem is that sometimes, in directing the use of the authority he does have, these EOs have very real impact. Ask Perkins Coie or Paul Weiss. The trick is accurately reporting on/reacting to what they actually do.

@jimmykempski.bsky.social Saquon’s contract has a lot of incentives; they do eventually count towards the cap, right? Will his count towards 2024 or 2025? Which is better from a team perspective? In any case, seems like a good use of cap; hard to be upset about a hit for someone who is killing it.
