Yes Trump is horrible, wants to be a dictator. HOWEVER, don't revise W Bush's Presidency just to try and make Trump look uniquely bad. Bush could have prevented 9/11, then invaded Iraq by lying to the public, resulting in millions dead. Not to mention a complete financial collapse under his watch.
