CW for the EHRC guidance and its transphobic The language used is appallingly discriminatory. Really buys in to the generally dehumanising narrative that is so pervasive in this country right now.

It’s no wonder so many people (including myself) are affected by mental health - the world is such an unkind place. People talk about things being unnatural - whats natural about working long hours with constant artificially created pressures threatening to remove small comforts just like that?

The only bridges Wes Streeting is building are short piers in to an ocean filled with shit due to lax water company regulations that he wants to make the LGBTQ+ community walk over

How fitting that the country celebrates the end of a war in Europe against fascism by seemingly adopting certain policies that seem eerily like fascism.

Seriously thinking if professional sports players really have a shred of understanding at the level of unjustified hate going towards a tiny minority, Then they’d held set up new governing bodies that allow inclusivity for sports.

So much for all this “free speech” everyone talks about when hating on trans people.

Not condoning anything, nor encouraging, just an observation. But people used to tape stuff off the radio which was illegal under copyright law. Not many people got done for that. Shows a lot about how enforceable certain laws are.

Treated myself to the lush liberation bath bomb (the trans one that supports trans orgs) Does this mean I’m extra transed now?

Ah yes Thursday Did not expect to make it this late in the week and asking “how the heck did I get that bruise from derby practice”

All the labour ministers revealing they never took biology beyond nursery school and even then it was just toilet training.

Bethesda’s counting method be like 1 2 3 4 5 5 5 5 4????

When I born by C section, my so called “biological sex” was assigned to me by a doctor looking at my genitals. Biological sex is not a legally defined thing, nor can it be simply a binary. Intersex conditions (DSSD) prove this. Looking at a penis or a vulva is not an accurate way to define sex.

Soo just a thought, but doesn’t the way the transphobes want Wednesday’s ruling to be interpreted, essentially allow cis men to claim to be trans men and walk in to women’s loos and stuff?

Challenge to people : define “biological sex” Cos I can tell you that ain’t straightforward.

Speak up allies. Be loud, be inconvenient.

Maybe just me, but feels like referring to a human being as an “it” is dehumanising. Just feels like that allows distance, that people are objects and not worthy of the same rights. Yet “it”used a lot to refer to refer to trans folks
