Why the hell not complain? It's your health and it effects every Albertan. I had a shoulder replacement due to a work injury got excellent care thanks to WBC. My wife had shoulder surgery at Alberta Surgery Group and it was horrific. Private health care should be illegal imho. MAKE SOME NOISE
