Excellent 10 min ADHD refresher for anyone. I learnt there are up to 15% of people with ADHD and that where ADHD individuals really need support is at the 'point of performance'. I will use that phrase in my reports from now on. Brilliant video to share with parents and schools.

Something to listen to on my walk later but otherwise ACAMH podcast is one of my favourite science podcasts of any kind of science. I really want ACAMH to do a lay person version for parents, carers and non psych professionals. I think it is sorely needed.
