Yesterday / last night was a fantastic workout. 🏃🏻‍♂️ 🏋🏻‍♂️ We got in an hour and thirty minutes, barely touched my phone, let music play on shuffle. 👌🏼 🥂 Locked in 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill (walking, jogging, sprinting) and tried all new workout routines. 🔥 🐾
