www.wired.com/story/judge-... No idea why the judge allowed this. The reasoning against the ruling is common-sense. It’s legally sound. The ruling is the equivalent of saying to the public that, well, DOGE has destroyed your agencies, stolen your data, and confiscated your all assets so it’s okay.
