imagine a curse that makes it so usage of pacifiers increases your bladder capacity (and there is no limit) but as soon as you stop using the pacifier your capacity drops to normal, forcing any excess flooding out. Thats all there is to the curse, nothing forcing you. Just an idea I had :3 #abdl
