One quirk about my tea drinking is I generally drink my tea iced. I brew the tea with hot water, and leave it to steep overnight, then drink the next day with ice. I have a wonderful Nuomi Xiang (sticky rice fragrant) Pu’er today. The smell always fills the room when I brew it. @[email protected]
