Last night I went to the gym after a 12 hour work day. My trainer was sick, so I had to workout on my own, but I still did it. 10 minutes on the treadmill to warm up, 3 super-sets for abs, followed by 5 upper body machines (pull) with 3 sets of 12 each. By the time I got home my brain didn't work.
