every job is roguelike. you slowly build skills, navigating complex situations. when you get fired, you start in a new randomly-generated office, with coworkers that meet familiar archetypes. you lose items between runs but you learn and improve. also there's a magic amulet at the end.

Every single new feature and bug fix requires a release. You only actually get software to users via releasing. So it's worth the time and effort to get really really good at releasing your software. Ideally, most teams should be able to release multiple times per day.
