This is a ThinkKitchen brand stainless steel knife. It’s new. I cut some pork bellies with it for a batch of homemade beans. I saw this damage after the ingredients were all in the pot. I had to go through it, strain it and find all the bits. I did. Beware. Purchased at Stokes in Charlottetown
