I agree. Antisemitism is a deep, culturally ingrained ideology. You can’t merely disavow it, you have to fight against it. Even, sadly, in a context where there are indeed many false accusations of antisemitism, made especially by the current Israeli regime.

Many philosopher takes on the election that I have seen fail a very basic test: 'What's your plan?' The centrist Dems have a plan, which is to throw trans people under the bus and generally pivot right on (so-called) culture issues. The Sanders left has a plan, which is to try economic populism.

Tbf Dworkin predicted that originalism couldn’t constrain judges much in practice because so many key constitutional clauses present broad moral principles whose meaning is not fixed by common usage of any period. Originalism inevitably fails its core motivation of limiting judicial discretion.
